A little bit of everything.
I really like this one, Carol. Your rendering of the Queen Anne's Lace is lovely. I love the blue cup also.
Lovely piece Carol, I particularly love the way the yellow reflecting in the cup ties it all together!
Your still lifes are some of my favorites in the art world, Carol. This one comes close to the top for me. The color of that cup and its shining highlights are wonderful. Queen Anne's Lace flowers never have been a favorite of mine (I remember always seeing ants crawling over the "flower" part when I was little), but you sure made that lacy flower elegant!
Love the composition and that cup is beautiful!
Queen Anne's lace is so light and delicate and not easy to capture that feeling, well done on this one! Just returned from the mountains of Tenn. and it was growing all over the place.
Such an appealing arrangement. Love your lemon edges Long time ago I rode my bike across Wisconsin where Queen Ann's lace bloomed along the roadsides. Hadn't seen it before. Brings back fond memories. Lovely work.
Oh, you've captured that Queen Anne's Lace beautifully. And what a restful, summery palette. It's a gorgeous piece!
One of my favourite!
This is beautiful! You did a beautiful job with the Queen Anne's Lace. It's one of my favorite wildflower but I haven't attempted to paint them yet. Wonderful piece and your children are adorable! Jen
I love this! Plus it's got some badass brushstrokes! :)
