jessie

This is the third and final commission piece for my friend Jeanne. This is her youngest daughter Jessie when she was a toddler.  I feel a great since of accomplishment at the moment because I was concerned I would not be able to pull off a likeness.  This has turned out to be one of my personal favorites. Thanks Jeanne for unknowingly pushing me beyond my comfort zone. This is painted on an 8 x 10" linen panel.

  6. So sweet. The position of her shoulders is so typical of that age holding something delicately. Kudos on the looseness.
