I guess there is a first for everything. This is the first time I have been commissioned to paint someone's chickens. Minnie and Pearl belonged to a friend of mine. One of them has gone to Hee Haw heaven. Who remembers Hee Haw or Minnie Pearl? These are both painted on 12 x 12 x 2" canvases.
Nice job Carol. Chickens have such a nice gesture about them. Swoops and swirls!
