This is a loose study of a yorkie named Maggie. I took several photos of her a few months ago for a commissioned piece. Thought this photo deserved some attention. It is painted on an 8 x 10" gallery wrap canvas.Headed to Boston !!! Knew there would be a freakish heat wave for the walk. Oh well, we Alabamians are used to heat.
Oh Maggie was one of my favorites- we had a sweet Maggie too! Wonderful composition and you nailed that little face. Yup, on you handling the heat wave in Boston- will be thinking of you- walk tall and proud- wonderful mission you are on. Thanks from all of us. Hugs to you for this one friend!
