I have been extremely busy at a workshop that was held here in Birmingham this week. I took a break one afternoon and evening to slip back into my comfort zone and paint a curious cow. I have painted from this photo before but I did this one larger and changed a few things. I think I have a thing for brown cows. They are my favorite. This is painted on a 20 x 20"gallery wrap canvas. I sold most of my cow paintings so I am happy to paint a new herd.
Today was my last day of Nancy Chaboun's figure painting workshop. I had a great time and feel like I learned lots. Will post a painting tomorrrow and tell a little more about it.
Happy weekend to all!!
Your cows just keep getting better and better, Carol . . . I love this one!
