do si do

 It is so fun to look back through my photos and find an image that is several years old and realize it could make a nice painting.  These were a couple of my sister's roosters that look like they were dancing.  I added the original image below to show that the photo is just a jumping off point.  A green background would have been pretty boring . This is painted on an 11 x 14" gallery wrapped canvas.

  5. Green is never boring to me but I sure do love the background you gave these two as well. I am reminded of the French nobility in all their finery dancing (as seen through the movies, that is). Excellent piece, Carol.
