Not much cuter than a baby chick. My Mom's father raised poultry and I loved being at their house when the baby chicks arrived. I am so thankful for the time I was able to spend at my grandparent's farm when I was growing up. Wish all could have some farm experience.
Speaking of farms...I am participating in an art show May 5th in Valley Head, Alabama. It is called "art at the barn". It is being held at a beautiful sheep farm in northern Alabama. Can't wait to get some pictures of sheep.
This is painted on a 5 x 7" gallery wrap.
So cute! Looks like you had fun with this one!ReplyDelete
Great brush work and colors on this fun little chap.ReplyDelete
Good luck at art in the barn, although you should fit right in and do well with your animal paintings! Your recent animals are wonderful!!ReplyDelete
He (or she) is a little cutie indeed and I love your point-of-view of this little fluffy guy. I've also wished I had been raised on a farm and could have raised my girls on a farm. There is just such a purity there, I think. Sigh... Have fun at your farm painting weekend!ReplyDelete
Oh my gosh, Chick Butt! It's just too cute...ReplyDelete
