golden haired

The reference photo for this painting
is one of my favorite pictures I took during my trip to England.  Is it a problem that I am in England and more interested in taking pictures of people than things like Stonehenge?  I took a few token pictures of the big rocks.
This is painted on a 20 x 20 x 1 1/2" linen canvas.sold

  1. Beautiful! Just love the colors in this one. She is wonderful!
I see nothing wrong with taking photos of strange people. Doesn't everyone do that?

    Gros bisous

  4. I love how you painted her hair! And love the pinks and the whole color palette! And not a thing wrong with taking photos of whatever inspires you- wherever you are!

  5. Oh how beautiful! A deceptively simple composition. This could be my daughter when she was little or any of my granddaughters.
