blessed assurance

Sold
A lot has happened since my last happy go lucky posting.  My sister and brother in law lost their 22 year old son, Jack, in a car wreck a few hours after my last blog post. Life can change in an instant and this has been a very sad time for our family.  We are thankful to have the blessed assurance that Jack is with Jesus but  the missing him will never go away.  I would appreciate prayers for my sister, brother in law and Jack's brother, Will.

I decided I needed a little reassurance with my painting so I decided to start back with one of my favorite subjects.  This is painted on an 8 x 10" linen panel.

  2. Awww, Carol...I am so very sorry to hear of your family's loss. There are no words to mitigate...my biggest fear. My heart goes out to you, your sister, her husband, and Jack's brother.

Your pears are beautiful and actually make me want to eat one...and I hate pears!
