My first exposure to roosters was a few years back when my sister and brother in law had some.  I am so thankful for all of the photos I took of them.  I have painted some images multiple times in different sizes.  My favorite ones are the ones where they are in motion. This was a very proud bantam that thought he was a lot bigger than he was.  This is painted on a 10 x 10 x 2" canvas.
