This is a commission piece. I pieced three photos together to compose this painting. One for each child and one with the boat. I think it is believable. The commissioner is giving it to her husband for an anniversary present. It is painted on an 8 x 10" gallery wrapped canvas.I had to force some time to do this but I am glad I did. Hoping next week I will be painting regularly again. I still need several hours of organization to have my studio the way I would like it. It is pretty awesome painting by big windows that look out over "our" creek and woods.sold

ReplyDeleteI love your paintings of children on the beach. I was surprised that this is only an 8x10; with all the detail I would have guessed it was much larger... and that would be spectacular! I've also enjoyed the dogs and cattle too. We seem to like the same subjects for paintings!
