great white

I painted this pooch as my entry into Daily Paintworks challenge to paint something that is meaningful to me this Christmas. Furry things are very meaningful to me. Oh, and great light! Of course my family and friends are very meaningful to me but I did not have time to paint them. There are lots!
I have just added an e mail subscription box to my blog at the top right. If you subscribe, you will get an e mail every time I put up a new post. As a thank you for viewing my blog and subscribing you will have a chance to own this furry 6 x 8" painting. I will announce a winner January 1st. You can always unsubscribe at any time. Whether you subscribe or not, thanks so much for viewing my work. Your comments and patronage have given me so much fulfillment.

  2. Love your blog and always appreciate your sense of humor...and how kind you were to this rookie artist at last years Karin Jurick workshop. Man, you can paint! I look for your new posts everyday and am thrilled to now get them by email too:)
I am so excited that we have a new "little white" coming in about 4 weeks- a new bichon puppy! We have waited so long since our first one Maggie passed away and are ready! Great White is beautiful- you paint all things furry with such a sense of connection and also affection. Laughed at your too many friends to paint comment!
Merry Merry to you and Happy Everything!!
