rapt

I love this lady. I was able to get several shots of her because she held this pose for a few minutes. She was looking out over Dorchester Bay in south Boston. I still have lots of photos from Boston that I want to paint but I need to take a break and catch up with commission work. This one is painted on a 24 x 24" gallery wrap canvas.sold

  5. I love this lady too! You have captured an intriguing pose on this woman. I also like how you've handled the water -- that's just how it looks in Dorchester. Really nice, Carol!

    gros bisous

  8. I keep coming back to this one... just love it! I like this whole series. The postures, the friendships, the fact that they still enjoy the summer and the sea... These are great stories you are painting.

  13. Carol, Everything about this painting is so appealing. Love the composition - the solitary figure in contemplation! Colors are great and I think it's a perfect size. Wonderful!
