two blue

This is painted with my Auburn friend's in mind. Cam Newton's jersey number was two. I first of all had in mind making a companion piece for "lucky 13". Auburn's colors are blue and orange and their winning quaterback's number happened to be the number on the blue pool ball. So... this is the perfect two pieces for you Auburn fans. My son gets it if no one else makes an offer. This is painted on an 8 x 16" gallery wrap canvas.
I am busy this week taking a figure painting class with Nancy Chaboun. She is a fabulous artist and has a wonderful way of sharing her knowledge. My fellow classmates are doing lots of laughing and groaning while trying to portray the poor models. Maybe I will post one of my attempts.
